Delivery and Returns
Excellent customer Service is our main objective and in order to provide this we have teamed up with Amazon.co.uk, they handle all our processing and shipping, which includes Delivery and Returns.
Delivery - Delivery options are available at checkout and depend on the item/s being bought, but they include Standard (3 - 5 days), Express (1 - 2 days) and on many items Free Super Saver Delivery.
Returns - Returns can be arranged through the "Your Account" section of the Amazon.co.uk website under the section "Return Items or Gifts". Items are covered by Distance Selling Regulations and may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. How to change a watch battery.
In order to replace most batteries you will need a case opener and tweezers, always make sure you rest the watch face on a soft towel to avoid scratches to the face. Case openers are very useful as they come with different pins to fit different screws, the handbook should tell you which pins to use. You adjust the pins by moving the wheel and handle. Most backs will twist clockwise to unscrew, but a few will go anticlockwise, again the booklet should tell you this. Once you have the back off, simply use the tweezers to carefully lift out the battery. |
